A cultural venue at the foot of the Atlas
The Afourer House of Culture is located in the PAM neighbourhood in Azilal Province. It provides a meeting place for artists, community organisations, young creators and local audiences.
Visual arts are central to its programme. The centre’s gallery takes part in the national Night of Galleries and has hosted collective exhibitions bringing together young talent, amateur artists and established professionals from the region since 2019.
Exhibitions, workshops and artistic dialogue
In 2024, the venue hosted the first Regional Visual Arts Fair, dedicated to the memory of painter Ahmed Cherkaoui. Its programme combined an exhibition, workshops and discussions on art, local development and cultural tourism.
