Festival will select three experienced VR artists to build a shared VRChat world during a six-month online residency in 2027. Each receives €10,000 gross, alongside a collective production budget. HIAP Learning Materials 2027 — €4,050 Funded Artist Residency in Helsinki
HIAP — Helsinki International Artist Programme / Kone FoundationA 90-day HIAP residency in Helsinki for artists based outside Finland, including Morocco: €1,350 monthly working grant, return travel, accommodation, workspace and €750 materials budget. Apply by 26 October 2026, 15:00 GMT+2.
AOCA 2027 — €5,000–€15,000 Grants for Cultural Organisations in Morocco
Institut français — AOCAInstitut français AOCA 2027 offers €5,000–€15,000 for international African cultural projects, covering no more than 50% of project budgets. Moroccan organisations are eligible, with a mandatory French cultural network support letter. Deadline 30 October 2026.
Art Explora 2027 — Funded Paris Residency for International Artists
Fondation Art Explora / Cité internationale des artsArt Explora and Cité internationale des arts offer 2027 residencies in Paris for artists from any country, including Morocco: €1,000 monthly stipend, up to €3,000 production support, furnished studio and return travel. Deadline 30 October 2026.
Matsu Biennial 2027 — International Artist Open Call, up to TWD 800,000
Matsu Biennial — Lienchiang County Government / General Association of Chinese CultureTaiwan’s fourth Matsu Biennial invites artists worldwide, including Morocco, to submit site-specific installations and participatory projects. Creation funding generally reaches TWD 800,000 including taxes per proposal. Deadline 30 October 2026, 17:00 GMT+8.
Bom Dia / OASis 2027 — Funded Ecological Artist Residency in Portugal
Cultivamos Cultura / OASisCultivamos Cultura offers a 7–30 day international residency in March 2027 in São Luís, Portugal: €1,300 project fee, up to €1,600 production budget, €500 travel allowance, accommodation and food per diem. Apply by 30 October, but the call can close after 100 submissions.
Villa Bloch 2027–2028 — €1,250/Month Performing Arts Residency in Poitiers
Ville de Poitiers / Villa Bloch / Cité internationale des artsTwo three- or six-month residencies in Poitiers offer French-speaking performing artists free accommodation and €1,250 gross per month. Moroccan applicants qualify only if they are current or former residents of the Cité internationale des arts in Paris. Deadline 30 October 2026.

.ART Award 2026 — $15,000 Global Art Prize Open to Moroccan Artists
.ART Registry / .ART AwardThe .ART Award 2026 welcomes artists and collectives worldwide, including Morocco, in any creative discipline. $15,000 grand prize, residencies and media visibility. A .ART domain is required to enter by 1 November 2026.
Tzkrti Impact Fund 2026 — Two $3,000 Grants for Independent Arab Cultural Projects
TzkrtiTzkrti offers two $3,000 grants for independent cultural initiatives from the Arab region and its diaspora. Artists, festival organisers and collectives based in Morocco can apply until 1 November 2026.
Lendhauer 2027 — Urban Ecologies International Public Art Call in Austria
Lendhauer — Zeitgenössische Kunst und Kultur im öffentlichen RaumLendhauer invites artists, designers, architects and interdisciplinary collectives worldwide, including Morocco, to propose public art in Klagenfurt’s Lendhafen for summer 2027. EMMA Designers in Residence 2027 — Three Funded Design Residencies in Germany
EMMA – Kreativzentrum Pforzheim / Ville de PforzheimThree international designers, including Morocco-based applicants, will undertake a residency in Pforzheim, Germany, 1 April–30 June 2027. €1,000 monthly stipend, free studio and accommodation, travel reimbursement and materials support. Getxophoto 2027 — International Photography Open Call, Exhibition and €500 Fee
Getxophoto / Begihandi Kultur ElkarteaGetxophoto's 2027 'Tide' international open call welcomes Moroccan photographers and visual artists. Three winners receive festival exhibition production, a €500 fee, two hotel nights and up to €150 travel support. Entry costs €22. Deadline 3 November 2026.

Busan Eulsukdo 2027 — KRW 380 Million Ecological Public Art Commission
Busan Metropolitan City — Eulsukdo EcoArtBusan invites artists and multidisciplinary teams worldwide, including Morocco, to create a site-specific land-art and ecological project on Eulsukdo Island. KRW 380 million production budget plus KRW 20 million artist fee. Submissions open 2–22 November 2026.
Adirondack Experience 2027 — Four US Artist Residencies with $5,000 Stipend
Adirondack Experience — The Museum on Blue Mountain Lake (ADKX)ADKX museum in New York State offers four one-month artist residencies in June–September 2027, open internationally including Morocco: $5,000 stipend, $500 travel allowance and free housing. Applicants arrange their own US visas. Deadline 11 December 2026.
Sony Future Filmmaker Awards 2027 — Free Global Short Film Competition
Creo Arts Group / SonyFree worldwide short film contest open to Moroccan filmmakers. Six categories; shortlisted entrants attend a funded professional programme at Sony Pictures Studios in Los Angeles, with category cash prizes up to $5,000. Deadline 15 December 2026 at 07:00 CST.
BIEN 2027 Slovenia — International Textile Art Biennial and Residency Awards
Zavod Carnica / BIEN Textile Art BiennialArtists and collectives worldwide, including Morocco, can submit up to three textile-related works for BIEN 2027 in Slovenia. €10 fee with exemptions, exhibitions and residency prizes of up to four weeks. Deadline 21 December 2026.
