A cultural facility serving Aït Ourir
The Aït Ourir Cultural Centre opened in January 2023 to expand access to culture across the town and neighbouring communities in Al Haouz Province.
Built over 3,670 square metres, including 2,344 square metres of covered space, it includes a performance hall, rehearsal room, reception hall and several cultural and artistic spaces.
Local culture and heritage
The centre was created to serve more than 100,000 residents in Aït Ourir and surrounding communes. It combines artistic programming, cultural practice, heritage initiatives and support for local projects.
