A cultural venue at the heart of Biougra
The Raïss Saïd Achtouk Municipal Cultural Complex is named after a major figure of Amazigh music from the Souss. It serves residents of Biougra and the wider Chtouka-Aït Baha province through performance, reading and community cultural activity.
The complex hosts theatre, talks, public encounters, reading programmes and artistic events. Its library supports school groups, younger audiences and regular readers.
A stage for Amazigh culture
Its programme gives particular space to Amazigh expression, the musical heritage of the rwaïss, theatre and local traditions. In 2025, it hosted a major cultural and artistic programme marking the fiftieth anniversary of the Green March.
