Journées cinématographiques de Carthage, widely known as JCC or the Carthage Film Festival, has played a foundational role in African and Arab festival history since 1966.
Films, ideas and audiences
JCC combines feature and short-film competitions, documentaries, retrospectives, tributes, debates, workshops and industry meetings. Its central award is the Golden Tanit, and screenings extend across venues in central Tunis.
