Festival international de Carthage is one of Tunisia’s defining summer cultural events. In the Roman Theatre of Carthage, it brings together ancient heritage, Tunisian creation and artists from across the world.
A historic stage
Founded in the 1960s, the festival presents Tunisian and international music, song, dance, musical theatre and large-scale productions. The setting is central to its identity and makes each performance part of a wider cultural landscape.
2026 edition
The 60th edition takes place during summer 2026, continuing the festival’s role as a major platform for Tunisian artists and Mediterranean cultural exchange.
