Mladi Levi is an international festival of contemporary performing arts organised in Ljubljana by the Bunker Institute. Since 1998 it has hosted artists addressing political, social and ecological realities through theatre, dance, performance and installation.
A stage for progressive forms
The festival combines established artists and new voices in a spirit of discovery. Works often favour proximity, research and risk-taking, with close attention to social questions and collective imagination.
A temporary community
The Old Power Station and other Ljubljana venues become spaces for performance, discussion and conviviality. Symbolic ticket prices, meetings and participatory projects create direct contact between artists and audiences.
2026 edition
The 29th edition runs from 22 to 29 August 2026, connecting international work, Slovenian creation and reflection on sustainability, degrowth and care.
