The Palestine Science Festival and Children’s Science Film Festival form an educational and cultural project for children, families and schools. The programme connects science with the arts to make scientific questions more concrete, lively and understandable.
Learning through experience
Documented editions have featured demonstrations, interactive experiments, workshops, science cafés, exhibitions and activities combining artistic creation with inquiry. The initiative complements classroom learning through curiosity, observation and participation.
Science films in Arabic
Selected international films dubbed into Arabic address science, technology, environmental issues and everyday life. Screenings are designed for different age groups and may be accompanied by discussions or educational activities.
Editorial status
Ramallah Municipality continues to list the project. Its sixth edition is detailed in the 2018 annual report and circulated across several Palestinian cities. Without a precise recent calendar, the next edition remains to be confirmed.
