The Turin International Book Fair is Italy’s largest event devoted to books, reading and publishing. It brings together authors, publishers, booksellers, teachers, students, rights professionals and readers.
A cultural and professional fair
The programme combines literary meetings, launches, debates, workshops, young-audience activities and industry spaces. Its Rights Centre supports exchanges involving publishing, translation and audiovisual adaptation rights.
Beyond Lingotto
Salone OFF extends the event into Turin, its metropolitan area and Piedmont through libraries, bookshops, associations and public spaces.
2026 reference
The 38th edition took place from 14 to 18 May 2026 at Lingotto Fiere. The organisation continues to publish resources and projects around reading and the publishing industries throughout the year.
