Festival de la Médina de Tunis accompanies Ramadan evenings with music, theatre and heritage programming across historic venues in the old city.
Places with history
Dar Lasram, the Municipal Theatre, medina palaces and other heritage spaces host malouf, Sufi music, Arab song, contemporary work and live performance. The festival offers a cultural route through the old city after sunset.
2026 edition
The 42nd edition ran from 21 February to 15 March 2026 with around 30 performances, combining Tunisian artists, international guests and architectural heritage.
