Gérard Philipe Hall – French Institute Rabat

## The French Institute’s screening room in Rabat Gérard Philipe Hall is located at 2 Rue Al Yanboua in Rabat and hosts part of the French Institute of Morocco's public programme in the capital. The venue is used for film screenings, filmmaker discussions and cultural encounters. Its name refers to French actor Gérard Philipe. It is a particular screening room and should not be confused with the institute’s administrative offices or its exhibition gallery on Rue Abou Inane. ## Recurring film seasons The French Institute publishes quarterly cinema programmes covering drama, documentary film, animation and screenings accompanied by discussions. Some programmes are organised with festival partners, film distributors or the wider cultural network. Screenings may use French, an original-language version with subtitles or other language arrangements, depending on the film.
