Wijhat supports the mobility of artists and cultural practitioners from the Arab region. Moroccan artists across all disciplines are eligible, as are independent professionals, collectives, companies and cultural teams.
The grant can reach EUR 7,000 and may cover travel tickets, visa costs, accommodation, local transport and part of the living expenses. Travel may be connected to an artistic residency, festival, conference, seminar, training course or workshop leading to artistic production.
For the third 2026 cycle, applications must be submitted by 17 September at 4:00 pm Beirut time. The proposed trip must begin after results are announced on 31 October. An official invitation or preliminary acceptance from the host organisation is usually required.
