FMM Sines is one of Portugal’s major festivals dedicated to international musical diversity. Created by Sines municipality, it connects concerts, heritage, public space and repertoires rarely heard on commercial circuits.
A global musical map
Traditional music, urban creation, jazz, electronics and acoustic forms bring artists from Africa, Europe, Asia, the Americas and the Middle East into dialogue.
Two coastal locations
The festival begins in Porto Covo before moving to Sines, including the castle and urban spaces. This route connects the programme with the maritime history of the Alentejo coast.
2026 edition
The festival runs from 17 to 25 July 2026: 17–19 July in Porto Covo and 20–25 July in Sines. The detailed programme identifies free and ticketed concerts.
