Home for Cooperation is a cultural and community centre in Nicosia’s buffer zone near Ledra Palace. Opened in 2011, it provides a meeting place for people, artists, researchers and organisations from different communities on the island.
A space for cooperation
The centre develops educational projects, exhibitions, performances, discussions, workshops and civic initiatives focused on dialogue, memory and coexistence. Its work connects culture with peacebuilding.
A platform for contemporary arts
Home for Cooperation hosts Buffer Fringe, a performance festival created in the buffer zone. It also supports residencies, encounters and collaborations that question physical and symbolic borders.
Practical information
Programmes, access arrangements and opening hours vary by activity and should be checked with the organisation or on its official website before visiting.
