The second stage of a literary challenge
Registered pupils take part in the semi-final of the Readers’ League, organised with Al Amana school at the Institut français youth media library. After the opening session, children continue practising interpretation, discussion and presenting personal responses to books. This stage determines who advances to the final on 17 December.
Literature, memory and imagination
The programme draws on works by Alphonse Daudet, Guy de Maupassant, Marcel Pagnol, Daniel Pennac, Jean-Claude Mourlevat and Michel Tournier. The selection spans classic stories, family memories, adventure and imaginative fiction, helping young readers explore different narrative voices and themes.
Restricted participation
Thursday 26 November 2026, 10 am–noon, youth media library, Institut français de Tanger, 2 Place de France. The event is for registered Al Amana school participants attending all three rounds. The general programme lists free participation for members and MAD 20 for non-members. No open public admission is advertised.
