American Language Center Mohammedia

## Identity and non-profit status **American Language Center Mohammedia** is located at **33 Rue de Damas near Boulevard Mohammed V** and belongs to the non-profit **American Cultural Association** network. It provides English-language education and, according to its website, also offers French and professional-development courses. Its educational approach highlights **intercultural exchange and project-based learning**, linking communication skills to practical community experiences. ## Libraries, workshops and cultural activities The centre publishes information about **creative clubs**, notably a **Music Club** with rehearsals, jam sessions, workshops and opportunities for live student performances, and a **Theater Club** covering acting, improvisation, directing and collective performance. A **community-service programme** and relationships with local associations contribute to this activity. The existence of a club does not automatically mean that every practice session or performance is open to non-members; access should be checked for each activity. ## 2026 updates, courses and access In **2026**, the centre continues to advertise its clubs alongside English, French and professional classes. **No specific confirmed October 2026 arts-event dates** were found, so this listing does not invent a current schedule. Its website states general office hours of **Monday–Friday 9 am–6 pm**, with regular closure on weekends and public holidays. The local website lists **33 Rue de Damas**, more precisely than the central ACA directory’s older 'corner of Rue Damas and Boulevard Mohammed V'. ## Contacts and practical visitor information - **Address :** 33 rue de Damas, à proximité du boulevard Mohammed V, Mohammedia, Maroc - **Phone :** +212 661 545 636 - **Email :** admin@alcmohammedia.com - **Official website :** [https://www.alcmohammedia.com/](https://www.alcmohammedia.com/) ## Related Culturama venues [American Language Center de Casablanca](/institutions/american-language-center-casablanca) · [American Arts Center de Casablanca](/institutions/american-arts-center-casablanca) ## Editorial sources and image credit [www.alcmohammedia.com](https://www.alcmohammedia.com/) · [www.alcmohammedia.com](https://www.alcmohammedia.com/clubs) · [www.alcmohammedia.com](https://www.alcmohammedia.com/csc) · [aca.org.ma](https://aca.org.ma/contact-3/) *Photographie institutionnelle du centre utilisée sur le site officiel ALC Mohammedia ; droits réservés à la source.*
