Moulay Rachid Music and Choreographic Arts Conservatory – Rabat

Moulay Rachid Conservatory is a music education institution listed by the Department of Culture in Rabat. It is distinct from the National Conservatory in Agdal. This distinction matters when students or families enquire about admission, transfers or lessons: requests should be directed to the relevant institution rather than to another conservatory in the same city.

Planning a music education pathway

Choosing a conservatory involves considering your starting level, personal goals and the time available for regular practice. Explain whether you are a beginner, returning after a break or continuing previous studies. Ask for the current subject list, entry requirements, opportunities for ensemble practice and assessment arrangements. Availability can differ between institutions and academic years.

Admission and practical information

Check the procedure with the administration and the official E-Conservatoire portal. A notice from a previous year does not confirm application dates or available places for the current intake.

• Confirm age requirements, any entry tests and the appropriate study level.
• Ask about application documents, applicable fees and deadlines.
• Check lesson schedules, the reception address and access arrangements.
• For a transfer, request the required evidence of previous study and attainment.
