A cultural media library in Fez
IKLYLE Cultural Centre Fez is part of the network developed by the Mohammed VI Foundation for the Promotion of Social Works in Education and Training. Located near Bab Riafa and Jnane Sbil, it combines a media library, reading areas, digital facilities, arts practice and cultural programming.
The media library includes several spaces identified in the public-facing materials reviewed by Culturama:
- a Readers’ Hub for visitors aged 17 and over;
- a Youth Area for children aged 5 to 16;
- a multimedia space with 24 Internet-connected computers;
- a Braille space with Braille books, large-print material and adapted equipment;
- a press area with magazines and newspapers;
- a conference room;
- an Agora.

Arts workshops from age five
Workshops are open from age five. Each group includes 8 to 10 participants. Programmes run over three months, with one session per week lasting around 1.5 to 2 hours.
Announced disciplines include:
- Visual arts: painting, drawing, sculpture and ceramics;
- Applied arts: graphic design, computer drawing and photography;
- Music: musical initiation, instrumental practice and choir;
- Drama: theatre for children and young people.

Annual membership fees
- Foundation member / spouse: MAD 200;
- member’s child under 21: MAD 100;
- adult sponsored by a Foundation member: MAD 300;
- child of a sponsored person under 18: MAD 150;
- university student: MAD 150;
- person with specific needs: 50% reduction depending on category.
Arts workshop fees
Workshop registration is listed for a three-month period:
- Foundation member or eligible beneficiary: MAD 500;
- child of a sponsored person under 18: MAD 700;
- university student: MAD 700;
- adult sponsored by a Foundation member: MAD 1,000;
- person with specific needs: 50% reduction depending on category.
Family membership
For a family membership of three people or more, the head of household pays the full fee for their category. Other family members receive a 50% reduction according to category.
Other fees
- annual book-loan service: MAD 200, non-refundable and renewed at re-registration;
- replacement membership card: MAD 35.
