Salle Kenfaoui – Mohammed V National Theatre, Rabat

## The venue in its city **Salle Kenfaoui** is a designated performance room at the **Mohammed V National Theatre** on Avenue Al Mansour Addahbi in Rabat. It must not be confused with the **Abdessamad El Kenfaoui Cultural Complex** in Casablanca, a separate institution. Listing this room separately helps visitors find the correct space for a performance rather than assuming that every event takes place in the national theatre's main auditorium. ## Documented programming and performances During the **10th FIESAD – International Festival of Higher Schools of Dramatic Art**, running **30 October–2 November 2026**, several performances are scheduled in the Kenfaoui room. On **31 October at 3:30 pm**, the official programme assigns **“El Rayo”**, from Mexico's Autonomous University of Baja California, to this venue. The listings also include **“Charlotte Corday. Poema dramático”** from Cuba's University of the Arts. Such productions make the festival a forum for encounters between actors, students, teachers and theatre-makers from different countries. ## Upcoming events, audiences and essential facts Inaugurated in **March 1962**, the Mohammed V National Theatre is a landmark of Moroccan performing arts, combining different performance spaces and public programmes. Before attending an event in Salle Kenfaoui, visitors should confirm which entrance to use, any assigned seating, accessibility arrangements and admission prices. No reliably confirmed seating capacity specific to this room was found. The cover photograph depicts the **parent theatre's exterior**, not the small room itself. ## Access and contact - **Address:** Théâtre National Mohammed V, avenue Al Mansour Addahbi, Rabat, Maroc - **Contact:** +212 537 70 73 00 - **Reference:** [further information](https://tm5.ma/spectacles/) - **Opening:** Access according to the Mohammed V National Theatre programme.
