Skhirat Cultural Centre

A multipurpose public cultural centre in Skhirat

The Skhirat Cultural Centre forms part of Morocco’s public cultural network. It was developed to expand local access to reading, artistic practice, public encounters and programmes for young people and community organisations.

Managed as a construction project by Rabat Région Aménagement, the building represents an announced investment of approximately 18 million MAD and covers around 964 square metres.

Library, media library and workshops

The programme includes a conference hall, library, media library, workshops and offices. This combination supports meetings, training, creative practice and cultural mediation. The white façade is characterised by folded GRC elements set above a stone base.
