From 1 to 30 April 2026, HAPS made Herceg Novi a spring meeting point for theatre through a month of performances and encounters.
The 2026 edition
The festival welcomed theatre institutions, professional artists and amateur groups from Montenegro, the region and abroad. Performances were mainly presented at Dvorana Park and cultural spaces connected with Herceg Fest.

Founded in 1996, HAPS strengthens Herceg Novi’s theatrical and artistic traditions beyond the summer season. Its programme encourages dialogue between professional and amateur practice and gives regional exchange a central role.
