Opening on 21 June 2026, the 65th Hvar Summer Festival accompanies the town and island through September with music, theatre, dance, exhibitions and living heritage.
The 2026 edition
The programme includes Josipa Lisac, Rambo Amadeus, Pips, Chips & Videoclips, Tomislav Bralić and Klapa Intrade, alongside classical ensembles, visual artists, theatre companies and local initiatives.
Historic venues activated by art
Events take place in Hvar Theatre, the Arsenal, the Loggia, St Stephen’s Square, the Veneranda stage, churches, courtyards and island villages. Contemporary creation meets Dalmatian heritage and the Mediterranean landscape.
