Open House Nicosia invites the public to read the capital through its architecture. For one weekend, public buildings, homes, cultural venues, innovation spaces and heritage sites open free of charge through visits and urban walks.

The festival covers different periods of Nicosia’s architectural history, from preserved houses and historic buildings to public facilities and contemporary projects.
First edition in 2026
The first edition took place on 18 and 19 April 2026 as part of the Open House Worldwide network. Thirty-nine buildings participated and more than five thousand visits were recorded.
