Arts Council Malta is the national agency responsible for developing, funding and promoting Malta’s cultural and creative sectors. It is a key entry point for understanding public cultural policy, grant systems and professional networks across the islands.
Programmes and support
The agency manages funds, open calls, mobility schemes, professional development and international cooperation. It supports artists, organisations, festivals and cultural workers at different stages of their practice.
Sector knowledge
Arts Council Malta also publishes research, statistics and strategic guidance covering cultural employment, participation, creative industries and public priorities.
A national network
The council works with public bodies and partners including Festivals Malta, Spazju Kreattiv and cultural organisations in Malta and Gozo.
