Spazju Kreattiv is Malta’s national centre for creativity. Located inside St James Cavalier in Valletta, it brings together visual art, theatre, film, residencies, interdisciplinary projects and activities for families and young audiences.
A heritage building for contemporary creation
The centre transforms a former fortification into a production and presentation space. Its galleries, theatres and cinema host exhibitions, independent film, debates, festivals and experimental work.
Supporting artists
Spazju Kreattiv develops residencies, open calls, European partnerships and interpretation programmes. It offers Maltese artists significant visibility while maintaining international exchange.
