Michel Ocelot’s Azur and Asmar follows two boys raised like brothers and separated in childhood before a shared quest brings them together again. Moving through palaces, deserts, gardens and Mediterranean visual traditions, the film combines adventure with a reflection on prejudice, language and cultural coexistence. Its geometric patterns, vivid colours, architecture and decorative arts create a visual world designed for both children and adults. The screening is part of the summer Ciné Junior programme at the Yves Saint Laurent Museum Marrakech. Arabic-language version; approximately 99 minutes. Free admission, no advance booking required, subject to available seating. Screening at 11:00 AM in the Pierre Bergé Auditorium.
