American Language Center Marrakesh

## Institutional profile and status The **American Language Center Marrakesh** belongs to Morocco's **independent non-profit American Cultural Association**. Active in Marrakech since the **1970s**, it combines English-language teaching with intercultural encounters and community activities. Its longstanding address was **3 Impasse du Moulin in Guéliz**, with an additional villa opened in **2001**. **Recent autumn 2026 communications announce a new building on Rue du Pacha, opposite the former premises**; older directories have not all been updated. ## Facilities and cultural activity Facilities described by the centre include **classrooms, a multimedia lab, a lending library and a bookstore**. Activities span **adult and young-learner courses, conversation programmes, clubs and cultural encounters**. Its site archives live music and cultural gatherings in the **ALC courtyard**, but several of the visible event entries are from **2021 and 2023**; these are historical evidence of activity, not upcoming October 2026 events. ## 2026 updates and programmes For **fall 2026**, the centre advertises term classes beginning **3 October**, following the September intensive session. General programmes run through fall, winter and spring with summer intensives, covering adults, juniors and children. An online price list gives **MAD 1,250 per regular term**; confirm this amount and all enrolment details before paying. **Use the newly announced Rue du Pacha building instead of relying solely on the old Impasse du Moulin address**, and phone to confirm the entrance. The illustration is an older institutional advertisement and not a verified image of the new premises. ## Practical information - **Address :** Rue du Pacha, Guéliz, Marrakech, Maroc (nouveau bâtiment inauguré/annoncé à la rentrée 2026, en face de l'ancien bâtiment 3 impasse du Moulin) - **Phone :** +212 524 44 72 59 - **Official website :** [https://www.alcmarrakesh.com/index.php/en/](https://www.alcmarrakesh.com/index.php/en/) - **Email :** alcmarrinfo@acamorocco.org ## Explore related Culturama venues [Institut français de Marrakech](/institutions/ifm-marrakech) · [Instituto Cervantes de Marrakech](/institutions/instituto-cervantes-marrakech) · [ALIF Riad à Fès](/institutions/alif-riad-fes) ## Sources and image credit [alcmarrakesh.com](https://alcmarrakesh.com/index.php/en/) · [aca.org.ma](https://aca.org.ma/contact-3/) · [ma.linkedin.com](https://ma.linkedin.com/company/alc-marrakesh) · [alcmarrakesh.com](https://alcmarrakesh.com/index.php/fr/accueil-fr) · [alcmarrakesh.com](https://alcmarrakesh.com/index.php/fr/registration-fr/rates-fr) *ALC Marrakesh / LinkedIn — visuel promotionnel Winter Session 2026 montrant un ancien accès à l'ALC ; ne pas assimiler à la façade du nouveau bâtiment Rue du Pacha ; disponibilité du CDN tiers et droits non garantis.*
