About this event

Beethoven the Indomitable is the second chapter in the Moroccan Philharmonic Orchestra’s 30th-anniversary season. The performance takes place on 22 November 2026 at 17:00 at Théâtre National Mohammed V in Rabat.

Conducted by Débora Waldman, the orchestra presents Jörg Widmann’s Con Brio, Beethoven’s Symphony No. 2 in D major, Op. 36, and Symphony No. 4 in B-flat major, Op. 60. Contemporary dance by ICHTAH / Make Morocco Move brings an additional stage dimension to the symphonic music.
