About this event
Animation Film Festival in El Jadida — Five Short Films
The Institut français d'El Jadida celebrates animated cinema with five short films presented in one session: « Piccolo, piccolo », « L’Aigle et le roitelet », « Poisson nuage », « Tête en l’air » and « Keo et la poussière d’étoile ». The selection invites children, families and film lovers to encounter different ways of bringing drawings, objects and imaginative characters to life. Each short offers another narrative and visual language, revealing the artistic diversity of animation beyond mainstream features.
Festival context
The screening belongs to the international Animation Film Festival, held between 11 and 31 October 2026 to celebrate frame-by-frame creativity. According to the local organiser, this programme is intended for both younger audiences and adults. The individual age classifications and combined running time are not provided, so families with very young children should confirm suitability before attending.
Admission and venue
Friday 30 October 2026 at 3 pm, Institut français d'El Jadida, 22 Avenue de la Marche Verte. Free admission according to the official programme. All five films belong to one screening rather than five simultaneous events. The accompanying photograph shows the venue, not the festival's official poster.
