The Fez International Film Festival returns from October 13 to 17, 2026 for a third edition devoted to the role of cinema in tourism development. Organised under the aegis of the World Association for Culture and Heritage in partnership with the Euro-Mediterranean University of Fez, the festival announces more than thirty feature and short films from sixteen countries.\n\nThe programme includes two official competitions, a panorama of Moroccan cinema, meetings with film teams, masterclasses, screenwriting and directing workshops, and tributes. Screenings and activities are announced at Megarama Fez, the Euro-Mediterranean University, Bab El Makina, Bab Boujloud and Place Florence. Open-air screenings will be free. The detailed programme and any indoor screening prices are still to be announced.
