The eighteenth Fez Festival of Sufi Culture closes with 'Ivresses', an evening of Arabo-Andalusian samâ and Aleppo's whirling dervish tradition. The announced artists are Wasim Arslan, Anas Al Attar and Noureddine Tahiri, with the mystical poetry of the khamriyyat.

Bringing together musical and spiritual traditions associated with Aleppo and the Arabo-Andalusian world, the finale reflects the festival's overarching dialogue across cultures. Bab Al Makina provides the setting for a programme of voices, movement, poetry and contemplative listening.
