About the event
Set in the year 2200, Jérémie Périn's animated film Mars Express follows private detective Aline Ruby and her android partner Carlos Rivera. After pursuing a wanted hacker, they return to Mars and investigate the disappearance of cybernetics student Jun Chow in the city of Noctis. Their search uncovers corruption, illicit networks and powerful corporations that exploit advanced technology. What first appears to be a missing-person case becomes a thriller about control, identity and freedom.
