About this event
Tanjazz returns to Tangier from 18 to 20 September 2026 for its 23rd edition, with events at the Palais des Institutions Italiennes and the Palais des Arts et de la Culture. Closely associated with Tangier’s cosmopolitan identity, the festival approaches jazz as a broad live language, connecting acoustic traditions with world music, flamenco, blues, funk and contemporary sounds. The 2026 edition brings together established performers and younger talent through open-air concerts and more intimate performances. Rodrigo y Gabriela are among the first artists announced.
