About this event
Artificial intelligence seen through cartoons
The Institut français de Casablanca hosts Artificial Intelligence, Rights Ahead!, an exhibition curated around editorial cartoons by the international Cartooning for Peace network. Rather than offering a technical demonstration of artificial intelligence, the show invites visitors to think about the political, social and cultural questions raised by algorithms and automated systems.
Satire, freedom and critical thinking
International press cartoons use humour and visual irony to examine data use, freedom of expression, stereotypes, the concentration of digital power and the changing world of work and information. Cartoons leave room for disagreement and discussion, making complex questions visible to visitors of different ages and backgrounds. The exhibition connects art and media literacy, offering an accessible starting point for conversations about technology and human responsibility.
