The 2026 Rai Festival of the Oriental Region opens with Ariband, Mokhtar El Berkani, Sami Rai and Zina Daoudia. The programme connects rai, reggada, Moroccan popular music and fusion influences rooted in Oujda’s musical scene.
Ariband blends rai and gharnati with jazz, rock and blues, while Mokhtar El Berkani is a recognised figure of reggada. Sami Rai and Zina Daoudia complete the opening line-up, with DJ Amine Radi accompanying the evening. Admission is free and no ticket is required; the start time has not yet been announced.
