About this event
Timitar’s second evening broadens the dialogue between Moroccan repertoires and African music scenes. At Place Al Amal, Ahwach Kelaat M’Gouna opens the programme, followed by Larbi Imghrane, Zouhair Bahaoui, MR ID and Zina Daoudia. The sequence moves from collective heritage and Amazigh song to Moroccan pop, electronic creation and chaabi energy.
The Verdure Theatre hosts Ivorian singer Aïcha Koné, Africa United featuring Foulane—bringing together artists from the Comoros, Côte d’Ivoire, Congo and Morocco—and Kenyan group Makadem. The programme highlights Timitar’s pan-African dimension and its ability to bring distinct traditions into a shared space of listening and exchange. The exact starting time has not yet been announced.
