Agadir Music and Dance Conservatory

A public institution for arts education

The Agadir Music and Dance Conservatory belongs to the network of public conservatories listed by Morocco’s Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication. It provides structured learning in music, solfège and choreographic disciplines for students seeking sustained artistic practice.

Beyond teaching, the conservatory contributes to the city’s cultural life through ensembles, auditions and concerts. In July 2025, its orchestra participated in the launch of Agadir’s summer cultural programme at the Oudaden Cultural Complex in Bensergao. This public activity illustrates the institution’s role in both transmission and performance.
