A neighbourhood cultural venue in Bensergao

Oudaden Cultural Complex is one of the municipal facilities extending Agadir’s cultural offer beyond the city centre and seafront. Located in Bensergao, it hosts performances, concerts, arts-learning activities and community events. Its role is particularly important in making cultural participation more accessible across Greater Agadir.

The complex includes a large auditorium of approximately 500 seats, with a stage suitable for theatre and music. It also contains rooms for music and solfège instruction, a library, meeting spaces and facilities used by local associations. This combination makes it both a performance venue and a neighbourhood resource.

Live performance and artistic learning

The venue receives municipal programmes as well as events developed with local cultural organisations. In July 2025, it hosted the launch of Agadir’s summer cultural programme, including a concert by the municipal conservatory orchestra. This recent activity confirms that the complex remains part of the city’s public cultural network.

Its teaching spaces create a natural link with the Agadir Music and Dance Conservatory. Visitors can also explore community initiatives such as Les Étoiles du Souss and the Haj Lahbib Cultural Complex in Anza.

Planning a visit

Oudaden Cultural Complex does not operate like a museum with permanent visiting hours. Access generally depends on scheduled performances, workshops, registrations and community activities.
