18th edition: Mystical Poetry, an Elixir of Healing
The Fez Festival of Sufi Culture and World Wisdom takes place from 17 to 24 October 2026. The programme brings music, sung poetry, contemplative practice and discussions about religious and cultural heritage to several settings across Fez.
Moroccan samâ rituals share the festival with North Indian dhrupad, poetry inspired by Rumi, musical recitals and conversations about sacred texts and artistic expression. Performances also connect different traditions through contemporary stage creations.

Tickets and visitor information
Tickets for individual sessions cost MAD 100 or MAD 200; the festival pass is advertised at MAD 1,500. Venues and times vary. Two festival listings disagree about the start time for the 24 October roundtable (10:00 versus 10:30); please confirm with the organiser.
