About this event
Following the reading-club event in Tangier, the Instituto Cervantes offers a literary walk through Tetouan led by author Mohamed El Morabet. The itinerary draws on settings and atmospheres from his novel ‘El invierno de los jilgueros’, where Tetouan and its School of Fine Arts play an important role. Participants explore the connections between streets, squares, everyday urban life and the imagined world of fiction. The event offers a literary perspective on the city’s heritage rather than a conventional sightseeing visit.
