On Tuesday 3 November 2026, Casablanca's Studio des Arts Vivants hosts the premiere of **جذور — RACINE**, an Afro-contemporary choreographic work created by Joyce Stanley and performed by seven dancers.
The approximately hour-long performance explores origins, bodily memory and cultural transmission through contemporary African movement, urban dance, voices and organic stage materials. It considers how personal histories can meet beyond borders and differences.
The premiere marks an early milestone for Joyce Stanley Danse Compagnie, established in Casablanca in 2026.
