The Musée Yves Saint Laurent Marrakech presents “Yves Saint Laurent on Stage”, an exhibition dedicated to a lesser-known but essential part of the designer’s creative practice: theatre, ballet and music hall. On view through 5 January 2027, it traces Saint Laurent’s fascination with performance from his early encounter with theatre in Oran to collaborations with choreographer Roland Petit, performer Zizi Jeanmaire and other stage productions.
Costumes, sets, drawings and archival material reveal how light, colour, movement and character shaped his artistic language. Curated by Domitille Éblé and Stephan Janson, the exhibition is a strong cultural stop for international visitors interested in fashion history, design and the performing arts in Marrakech.
